Distilled Water
Question:
Why do you say ‘Distilled Water’ on your label if you do not actually use the distillation process during manufacture?
Answer:
We say Distilled Water on the label because according the B.P. (British Pharmacopoeia) water that meets the standard required whether made by steam distillation or by the methods listed above can be called “Distilled”. To the best of our knowledge it is not possible to buy commercially available distilled water in South Africa that has been produced by steam distillation.
